How to book

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ALL PARTY MEMBERS ARE NAMED ON THE BOOKING FORM FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES.
On family breaks we accept to the maximum berthage of the caravan. On adult breaks, please see the photos page as that will state how many are allowed in each van. Anyone allowing extra people not on the booking form to stay in the caravan will be evicted from the caravan with no refund.
A non-refundable booking deposit of 20% of the total booking cost is required on all breaks, which can be paid by bank transfer or cheque. This must be returned with a completed booking form by the date stated on the letter. The booking form can be sent to you via e-mail or post.
Once your deposit and completed booking form have been received the booking will then be marked as confirmed. Once the balance has been paid this is non refundable except at the owners discretion.
The full balance, together with a damage bond of £100 (£200 on some adult breaks, see below), will be due no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. This can be paid by cheque. In all cases in the dog friendly vans, the bond is to be added to the balance and refunded after.
Once the balance has been paid, instruction for key collection etc, will be sent to you.
The damage bond cheque will not be cashed and will be destroyed within 14 days of your stay, providing there has been no damage, breakages etc as per our booking terms and conditions. Please note on all adult breaks the damage bond must be added to the balance and will be refunded after the break providing no damage
