Have stayed in No 14 3 times since last July, the last time being Christmas. Lovely caravan very well equipped and looking forward to returning this year. Sue is brilliant and makes the whole booking process so and hassle free easy.

18 of us in total stayed in 131, 79 and 63 for the 90s reloaded weekend. I stayed in 131 and it was very clean,modern and had everything we needed. The balcony area was nice to enjoy some drinks in the evening. Sue was very easy to book with and I would highly recommend

Hi guys,

Just got back from the Easter weekend break and stayed in van 174. It was amazing! Last year we booked and stayed in a chalet not a minutes walk closer to the Skyline and I have to say, this caravan was so much nicer than that. Thank you so much to Sue and John who looked after us by taking the last minute booking (as in the day before we arrived!) and to Sue who came to our rescue and helped us jump start our car that had a flat battery the morning we were due to leave! I'll definitely be in touch soon to book again for next year! Highly reccomended all round. 5 stars!!!

Stayed in lc29 over new year and although we never got to go out much due to our youngest son being ill the caravan great. It has a really unusual layout of the 2 twin rooms which our kids loved. Would stay in this caravan again and the booking process with Sue was faultless. Highly recommended.

Just been to Butlins for the weekend and stayed in Lakeside 120. Was basic accommodation but clean and tidy and suited our needs as a base for the weekend. It does state budget caravan on the website so there were no surprises. Booking through Sue and John was excellent, professional and easy and will def be booking through this site again. Butlins as always could not be faulted, staff friendly and the kids loved it! See you next year!

Very please with the caravan we stayed in 37a,nice and clean,home from home,that was my main worry ,we would go back and stay there again as long as who ever uses it respect peoples property, my children's first caravan holiday and they are 9_ 10 my daughter has ask to go back and live there,bonus the weather was nice and plenty to do .Thank you to Sue and John.

We stayed in caravan crescent 1, it was a beautiful caravan and in such a lovely location over looking the lake. My daughter loved waking up every morning to feed the ducks.
Upon on arrival the heating had already been set to come on so the caravan was lovely and warm. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious and well maintained caravan to spend their holiday in.
A big thank you to Sue Chatton for making the booking so easy and straight forward.

Wow we were so pleased with our caravans we were in 20 and 21 coral cove they were very deluxe and very spacious it was like staying in a posh hotel! We would defo recommend booking through sue and John so helpful and was easy to do also was very reasonable . 😊

Stayed in Caravan 14 for a Xmas weekend, it was lovely. Caravan clean and tidy and located just a short walk to the main buildings. Would definitely recommend using Lakeside caravans again, and we will look to use them should we return to Butlins Minehead.

Booked 3 vans though Sue for the haloween ball - she made my booking easy with payment and knowing where everything was on arrival.
Sue was on site through the weekend so popped in to see her and let her know of any problems we had that she sorted quickly for us.
All the vans were clean and tidy and comfortable.

„I have just come back from a weekend holiday at Butlins, staying in caravan Lakeside 94. The location on the site was great, really close to the main site of Butlins. The caravan is very modern, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will be going back again in the near future.

Had the most exciting Halloween weekend in caravan 160, was spacious and clean in great location. We gave sue a ring with a little problem with the heating but she was there in 5 mins and all sorted, now that's service for you. Would definitely recommend sue and all her caravans.

Just got back from the 80's weekend Minehead, the van was in an excellent location also plenty of room for 7 ladies to dance around their handbags and very clean. Would highly recommend using this van and no doubt me and the girls will be booking again for another adult weekend very soon.

Great time had on tots week with a party of 23 people. Caravans 14, 19, 20 and 21 were great lovely and clean. Better than butlins own accommodation and much cheaper. Not our first time staying in caravans and wont be our last. Will def be back again next year. Thanks lakeside caravans

I have just come back from a weekend holiday at Butlins, staying in caravan Lakeside 11. The location on the site was great, really close to the main site of Butlins and right on the edge of the lake, my five year daughter enjoyed feeding the ducks every morning in her pj's lol. The caravan is very modern, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will be going back again in the near future, always have a great time at Butlins with our children. :)

Great time had by all and even a major jam on the M4 couldn't dampen the enjoyment (although the knock on effect was getting caught on the M25 as it was a little later in the day when we got on it).
It was great that we could visit Butlins without having to worry about a Dog Sitter, very nice little site and caravan, highly recommended :-)

Just returned from our stay in Lakeside Crescent 1. Such a lovely, clean and modern caravan right on the edge of the lake. Close to all amenities but very quiet and peaceful. Kids loved the holiday and caravan really felt like a home from home.
Will be booking again for next year. Thanks to Sue for the lease and helping us have a great stay.

We had a lovely week away in caravan 116. We had a fab time and it was great having our own space. Big spacious caravan with the added extra of being able to feed ducks and rabbits right outside the door. The big kids and my little one loved it and Oscar the dog got to enjoy our hoilday too.

Stayed in Caravan 14 for an enjoyable week. Very modern and spotless. Worth every penny, even our little Westie enjoyed the break and sunbathing on the decking.
Lovely spot, by the lake and yes there are fish in the lake for anyone who wants to do a bit of angling whilst drinking wine right out of the fridge.
Butlins itself was great, keeping the grandchildren busy.
Close to all amenities yet far enough away for a little peace and quiet

Stayed in lakeside 174 July 17th for the weekend. Was really impressed with the caravan, really clean and welcoming. Only a short walk to all the facilities butlins has to offer and spa a stones throw away. Thankyou will definitely be booking for next year.

Just spent a week in Lakeside 11 with my 14 year old daughter. Second time staying in this caravan and would stay in it again. Very comfy beds, clean and tidy throughout the caravan, there's 2 toilets - one is the shower room with a toilet and sink and the other is just a toilet with a sink, so ideal if there are a few people staying. Sue is lovely and very helpful, even with my questions every 5 minutes. Lovely view of the lake from the decking too. Even better than the last time we stayed as the caravan has been repositioned and the decking wasn't there last time we stayed, so it was a nice added bonus this time. The caravan was much cheaper than Butlin's accommodation and to top it off it was away from all the noise of the main part of Butlin's so didn't have anyone walking past making noise and no noisy neighbours to deal with. Daughter always asks to stay in this caravan, we both really like staying in this one. We would definitely recommend booking with Sue and would highly recommend Lakeside 11.

Just got back from 5 days at Lakeside nos 47. Lovely caravan in great spot. Watched ducks and rabbits on the grass much to the delight of the 3 year old. Everything went to plan no hassles and booking cravan with Sue to check in and out at Butlins was hassle free. Can't wait to do it again

Got back from the red hot summer party yesterday (29/06/15) after a great stay in caravan 94. Although it would of been better for me to have read and remembered we needed to take bed linen we were really please with the caravan, it was cleane and tidy and had all we needed.

Recently returned from a Mon-Fri break in Caravan 94 and was very impressed. The caravan was spotless had everything we needed and was in a great location only a 5 min walk from everything. Was very impressed with the green right outside the caravan where the children could play. Will definitely book with yourselves again.

The booking of our short break was very last minute and handled very quickly and efficiently. The Caravan 142 was in priesting condition and we didn't want for anything. the van was very well equipped and homely, the decking was a useful addition. we were able to use all that Butlins had to offer which was great!. the caravan was close enough to the facilities to be able to take full advantage but far enough away to to have all the noisy and free range children.

We stayed in this caravan over the Christmas period for three days, this is a fantastic caravan in a great position. It has everything that you will need and is only a 5 minute walk to the main complex. If you are looking for a great time away in a fantastic caravan then I would recommend this site.

We stayed in caravan 29 for butlins festive break. It was fantastic. A lovely modern caravan which was extremely well equipped. It was the best caravan we've ever stayed in and was in a great location. It was nice to be so close to butlins amnenities (10 minute walk) but also far enough away to be nice and quiet! The location was beautiful - the lake, ducks and rabbits all delighted my children. We will definitely be returning. Never a butlins apartment for us again!

Stayed in caravan 21. Fantastic caravan, perfect location next to the lake granddaughter loved feeding the Ducks!!! Wouldn't stay in butlins owned accommodation as poor compared to this wonderful Caravan!!! Will definitely be using this caravan again as everything you need Here! Wonderful that it is far enough away from the main resort so you can enjoy the peace but still close enough to enjoy amenities, only 10 minute Walk!!! Fantastic holiday thank you so much.

Stayed in caravan 63, was lovely. Had a huge living/dining room area. Also loved the fact its in the corner of the camp away from all the noise that was going on! (90's reloaded, very messy!)
Sue was a great help and responded very quickly and answered all my silly little questions!

Just came back from a fab weekend away with all the ladies for my hen weekend, 1st time going and had an absolute ball, caravan was lovely and we are all looking to book to come back very soon, sue seems a lovely lady and has great communication with all her customers, only thing is ladies we're disappointed at was the late check in as we we're sat outside caravans from half 1 till quarter past with all our luggage but other than that we will definatley be back 😃

Lakeside caravans response... unfortunately check in time is out of our hands. Butlins make the decision on that :-(

We went to Lakeside 142. Had a wonderful surprise at such a warm and friendly caravan with lots of modern and up to date décor. Brilliant shower, easy to use with lots of hot water, central heating that really worked. comfy beds and sofa, and lovely decking area. Kids enjoyed feeding the ducks at the lakeside. All in all we had a brilliant long weekend at Butlins for a brilliant price. Many thanks.

If your thinking of going to butlins then you just have to book one of these caravans, we stayed in number 11 and 12 they were fantastic, great location over looking the lake and lovely decking to sit out on and let the world go by, look forward to booking again next year.

I stayed in no 11 for a week from august 17th 2013. Was a bit dubious at first staying in a caravan with my 5 children but I have to say the caravan was perfect. Well equipped with everything I needed to cater for myself and the children. Lovely caravan right beside the lake which amused the children no end feeding the ducks and geese. Not too far from the main site so nice and peaceful. Would definitely stay again as the caravan was like a home from home and a much better price than butlins itself. Thank you sue, lovely lady really good with communications. Hopefully see you next year :-)

We stayed in 136 lakeside caravan from the 22/07/13 for 5nights and were very pleased with the caravan inside and out it was very clean and was very comfortable we could tell it has been very well looked after and could tell the owner looks after the caravan very well and mantained to a high standard i have previously stayed in other caravans but this one is the far better one so looking forward to staying again next year from the moment we entered the door we loved it thankyou very much

Hi sue we have just returned from the 90s wknd and staying in caravan 13 has been such a pleasure , it's in a fantastic place right by the lake and is peaceful at night when you get back from the Butlins entertainment . The van is fantastic and well laid out with everything there for you . We will definitely be booking with sue again for our next Butlins adventure in the very near future . My family and a friends family stayed in Lakeside 11 & 12 earlier this year, and although in the past we've been on many holidays (all over this country and abroad) I can honestly say this was one of the best holidays we have ever been on.
The kids had a blast at Butlins, the hubbys enjoyed the nightlife, and me and my friend enjoyed evening drinks by the lake.
The caravans were beautiful, the best we've ever stayed in, and Sue was extremely helpful and friendly.
...And yes, we've just booked again for next year!

Stayed in l35 4TH TO 11TH AUG 2012.
Glad to see you no longer have any dealings with this van. As this was by far the worst van we have every stayed in. On our arrival it was found to be dirty and very grubby And we spent one hour cleaning it up.

Counter message from Sue and John... Sorry you had problems with this caravan. The cleaning contractor was informed once you had told us however it is far from acceptable and please accept our apologies on behalf of the owner of this van

what can i say lovely clean well equipped and located right by the lake
took my grandson this year and what fun he had feeding the ducks and geese and to see a fisherman catch 2 big carp(first time in years i have seen anyone catch anything)
only another 52 weeks to go before we have another lovey time there

i stayed in caravans 12 and 13 on the 27of december both caravans were very clean and very well positioned at the lake but also they were nearer to the entertainment than a lot of the other caravans i have just received my breakage deposit back even though we did have an accident i think sue and john have been more than fair with this sue was more pleased that my daugher had let her no i live 240 miles away its a long drive but the whole family enjoyed it if you are going as a large group like we did and need more than one caravan i would recommend these caravans for there cleaness and location and sue and john who i feel happy to deal with again i hope this will be of help to any body that has been in to minds wheather to book or not david

Stayed in caravan 12 for a mon - fri break in september. It was all and more - complete luxury. So nice to have decent size settees and dining table. Have stayed at Butlins before for Spring Harvest so knew what the site was like and its facilities. It was nice being away from hoards of people and being by the lake was wonderful. I would recommend this to all except dont go in the pub on site nearby - The Highwayman? - absolutely awful - grubby, torn seats and smelly! Far better to buy a bottle of wine and drink it sitting out by the caravan! Would just like to thank you both for giving us such a lovely experience.

Sitting with door open looking over the lake with the kids feeding the ducks it was great. Stayed in caravan 13 for a long weekend. We've stayed at Butlins a couple of times before, always in Butlins Gold self catering appartments.

Caravan 13 is much nicer, more roomy, better equiped and cleaner. All this for near half the price - such a bargain!

The caravans are far enough away to be clear of the husle and bustle but close enough to have a plesent walk to the venue.

Remember to take a bag of bread for the ducks and geese.

We stayed in caravan 12 on 23/12/10 to 27/12/10
We have been going to butlins for christmas for the last 5 years, and we have stayed in all types of accommadation on camp and we can honestly say that this is the best one yet by far. It was so clean and comfortable; and everything you would need for a self catering holiday. We would recommend to anyone. Thanks for a fantastic holiday.

we stayed in number 12. fantastic van lovely and clean. i dont think i could ever stay in another static after satyin in that one. it was like home from home. i loved the fact that had items in like iron and ironing board. would defiently recommend to every one.
i also gutted because i was just checking the avaliabilty for next newyear and its already booked.

We stayed in caravan 163 on 22/10/10.
We had a lovely weekend, caravan was well situated less than a 10 min walk into main area of Butlins. The caravan was very clean,tidy and modern also well layed out. I was that impressed i went home a raved about it to all our friends and family, next year there will be quite a few of us booking!!. Excellent value for money.

We stayed in No13 from 18th - 25th June and had the most fantastic week possible. The caravan was perfect for us, and close enough to the main site so that we didnt have too many "moans" from the 4yr old! Everything was clean and tidy and was just a home from home. Thank you Sue and John for allowing us to stay. Joshua keeps asking when we are going back - I hope we get to come back soon... FAB - would recommend to anyone. :-)

16th July - Lakeside 12. Immaculate caravan with all mod cons. Spacious with x2 bathrooms. Had a fantastic time, only a short walk to Butlins, lovely to retreat back to peace & quiet overlooking the lake. A lovely spot and handy to have close allocated parking for x1 car. Wow,what a fantastic weekend we all had.The caravan No 13 was perfect, lots of room, and much much better than staying in the accomodation at Butins! it was very well furnished and clean throughout! i will be booking again for this summer.

Stayed in lakeside 11 Mon 14th-fri 18th June and we had a perfect holiday. Caravan was lovely & clean, had everything we needed and was in a lovely peaceful spot by the lake. Great for fishing & our kids loved feeding the geese. Butlins was great, so much to do. Will definatley be returning! Thankyou so much Sue & John.

We stayed here 28th may for a week, accommodation was very nice, clean and plenty of room for all 8 of us, and half the price of staying in a Butlins apartment. Great location near the lake, and at start of caravan park.
We will be re-booking for next year. Thank you

Well what a fantastic break, i couldnt have asked for better accomodation, the caravan was very nice, close to entertainment, power shower, plenty of room, nice and warm and very clean & tidy. And what a bargin compared to butlins prices!! Thank you very much, cant wait to return!
